Think of it as a brain that will, once fully up, be able to take a hundred small sensor satellites, and use them for one massive hi res coverage footprint.

Then add to this a highly agile fused comms system...so a fleet can see and hear across that entire system, and you have a capability nothing short of revolutionary.
