Not really. Your best bet would probably be the calling frequencies:

GMRS - Ch 1 (462.5625)
HAM VHF - 146.520
HAM UHF - 446.000

Disclaimer: Operators transmitting on GMRS and HAM frequencies must have the proper license.

MURS and FRS do not require a license. Not sure if those bands have dedicated calling frequencies. CB? Does anyone except truckers really still use CB? :-)
