Went to flightradar24 and found this Cessna (N234TC) doing an odd flight paths. It looks as though it started down near Boulder City but then flew up and did multiple rounds by Mesquite and then was looping just shy of Nellis Air Force Base and then looping around McCarran. It's listed as a private owner. Would this be connected to the increase in Janet flights and radio chatter this morning?
