Dyess also happens to be the official home of the B-21 test and training squadron.
Was listening to W291 North tonight (W291 is Navy range off coast of So Cal) and “Romeo 21” checked in with Beaver Control and was cleared into the range. Shortly after, Beaver Control started redirecting aircraft around and out of w291 north airspace.
Romeo was the same callsign used in the test at Dreamland on 30 July 2019.
I did some research and that callsign belongs to ROMEO CP 9TH BS SOF, DYESS AFB TX
