Anytime you apply for a job and do no wait to receive an "offer Letter" and then sell everything....Well, not sure I'd want this person in my employ.(I was a HR manager in the oil industry) Some recruiter says or promises you a job with out receiving that "offer Letter"....That's like going to an Air Force recruiter and he promises you that (as an airperson) will have a condo, swimmin' pools, 60 days vacation a year, a new car/suv/pick-up....Well, I hope you get my point.
They're lying folks....and probably stupid.
I suspect he's not telling everything even if part of it is true.
