The object I think you are looking at: 36°57'32.69"N, 115°48'50.11"W (The 2017-09-04 (0.50m) imagery shows several reflective objects in that spot)

Two reflective objects closer to the black area: 36°56'34.95"N, 115°50'41.47"W

17ft long white thing: 36°59'29.55"N, 115°47'35.12"W

Another: 37° 2'25.09"N, 115°42'45.53"W
