If you are referring to the Peoples Rally, that is usually held on June 6 by the signs at Groom Lake Road. Also, you can find some people gathered by the mailbox almost every weekend during the summer months. At the Little A'Le'Inn in Rachel you can usually meet some great people to hang out with for a night at the mailbox.

Area 51 is still very active and even expanding, but as I mentioned in another thread recently in all the years out there I have seen no evidence for anything extraterrestrial going on there.
