Some photos of the RQ-170 taken in Afghanistan do show the intake grill, though the quality of those images would be insufficient for the Iranians to use them to duplicate the grill is such detail if they were building a mockup. There are other details in pictures of the captured drone in Iran (placement of antennas, access panels, etc.) that indicate the vehicle is a real RQ-170. All this talk that it might be a mock-up or a "Trojan horse" is just wishful thinking. The most we can hope for is that the sensor package was badly damaged during a gear-up belly landing. I notice that there have ben no images showing the underside of the captured craft.
