I would make a bet that the Janet jets can be serviced much cheaper in the Delta shops in Atlanta and they could be here. The cost to fly them to Atlanta is minimal compared to the cost of flying the people working on them to and from the base on a regular basis. Also just the cost of maintaining the required security clearances and insuring that the employees don't see any of the other projects would be huge. Even if it is going to be a hangar it will be for the Janet jets!
