Thank you all for your support, here and in private email. There is a list of items they can use on their "Camp Mad Dog" web site (see attached link).

We use USPS Priority Mail Large Flat Rate boxes for the shipping. Flat rate to any APO address is only $11.95. A small Flat Rate box is only $4.95 to ship. You can order the boxes on the USPS web site delivered to your house for free, or pick them up at the post office.
