Maybe the blimp is kept in the tower or in a space beneath it underground and is inflated prior to departure and deflated after it arrives back at the base. Just my two cents Roadeye
There certainly appears to be enough room inside the tower to allow material to pass through the center going out and coming in.
Or maybe the thing goes into a bag like a hot air balloon... I've seen some awfully big balloons fold up into canvas bags that will fit in the corner of a pick up truck bed.
Deploying the balloons and packing them up again doesn't take that lone either.
