Fortunately, the scanner frequencies have not changed much in the last few years. So, your data should still be good. You can find some updates on our attached frequency page. Don't worry about the two trunking systems. The Motorola system, which can be decoded by some scanners, is mostly used in the NTS, and can not be picked up in most places around Rachel. And the EDACS system, which is used by security in the area, can not be decoded by any commercial scanner. Best places to watch the Flag are still Coyote Summit or the area between the Cedar Ranch and Cedar Gate. I will probably be in the area the first few days of Red Flag. Look for a tan 98 Tahoe with some scanner antennas on the roof.
