If you are in the SoCal area and want a last glimpse at MCAS El Toro before they tear it all down, come out to the drive event on the weekend of 7/28 - 7/29 and 8/4 - 8/5. I'm not plugging Lexus in anyway -I do not work for them. However, it's free to the public. You can stuff as many shrimp puffs and such down your pie hole as you like while driving cars you probably can't afford all on Lexus' dime. But like I said El Toro won't be there much longer and this is probably your last chance to drive on the 8K / 10K runways before it becomes a structured settlement.
