Treadmills and stress tests are not part of FAA medical exams, unless there was a situation where a pilot had his medical yanked and had to undergo medical tests from a specialized doctor in order to prove to the FAA that he was healthy enough.

But it is interesting that the USAF contracted that B1900 to be operated by a single pilot, because in passenger airline operations, 2 pilots are required by FAA regulations. Granted the USAF can do what they want in some regards, but why they and Raytheon would operate it single pilot, is strange
