I am glad you finally got your documents... ;-) It seems to have gotten worse since 9/11. Good advice to know your rights when filing a FOIA request. On several occasions I was informed that there would be an administrative fee for processing my request. After I pointed out that this is against FOIA regulations the fee was waived.
