I am not sure that anything can be done legally, Andre. The people of Rachel have tried this, and aparently that got shut down by the county. There is some talk though, about ways to make his life a little more difficult...
But I thought this forum would be a good place to let people know about this. Many of the regulars in the area, who would be potential customers, read this site. They have a right to know what practices this guy is using and make their own decisions based on that.
What bothers me most is that, again, it is an outsider coming to Rachel and causing hardship and friction among the residents. Most of them chose to live there because they just want to be left alone, and not have to deal with just this sort of thing.
