Lowes and Home Depot both carry a disposable bbq. We tested it during the campout last year and it worked good. Its about 18 in. long, about 8 in. wide and 2 in. deep. Its an aluminium tray with a rack on the top and charcoal inside. The charcoal is covered by paper. Light the paper and thats it.When you done just ball the whole thing up and carry it out. I think it weighed about a pound and a half. I believe they are being sold for around $3.00. I know that K Mart carries them and some ACE hardwares.
