I have no idea if these impromptu shooting ranges are legal, but I do know that many of the ranges are full of trash. I've stumbled upon half a dozen of such dumps in Nevada. Shot up TVs, pots, pans, furniture, helmets, children's toys, and plenty of shells. I don't see how this isn't littering.

So what exactly do you respect?
