I don't think the Range Chart will be affected by the re-classification.
But as David points out, they have been very slow in responding to the FOIA requests for the chart lately.

I am afraid reproducing the chart would conflict with their copyright. But you can order the chart (for a few $) from the NGA, if you are in a hurry. The phone # is 1-888-275-8747. See the last paragraph in the attached link.
