Yes, that's right, you can get a free copy of the "Nevada Test and Training Range Chart" (40" x 56"), which is used by military pilots in exercises. It shows the entire Nevada Test and Training Range and makes a great and colorful wall display. Of course there is no runway or other installation shown at Groom Lake ;-)
All you have to do is file a Freedom of Information Act request, which is basically a simple letter that goes something like this:
