This is addressed somewhat in the trip report "Line Crosser" in the 2005 section. I think that if you hop the line and go back the cammo would call the shieriff and report you in and run you off for littering or something to get you to go away. Either way if he decides to get you or call the cops you are pretty much out of luck, as it said in the trip report that the when dealing with Area 51 there are NO negotiations.
