If you look at the original picture, it's obvious that what we're seeing is smaller than an F-16 (Based on the F-16s in the original picture), therefore it can't be a Flanker or Fulcrum, since they are larger aircraft. I think the earlier poster was correct in stating it's a ground vehicle of some sort. Infact, what some people think is a wing could be an awning on the side of the truck. The resolution is so low, people are just seeing what they want to see. If it is an aircraft, I would be more than willing to bet it is a drone, most likely an experimental UCAV, based on it's size.
