If they are operating FAR Part 91 the cockpit crew can fly almost all day with little or no rest. If it was a Part 135 charter aircraft they would have crew rest issues. And yes, they could carry a spare captain onboard for long flights. It looks like they are operating Part 91.

Love those quick turns leave #2 engine turning and stop and drop. We use this at our company when no fuel is needed and no ramp fees are charged and we are not blasting anyone.
