These flights really aren't charters, or at least what I think constitutes a charter. [Reality may be different since you know the FAA code.] The "Plan Columbia" flights used pilots under contract with Northrup, subcontracted through California Microwave, even though the planes were "owned" by Atlanta Air Salvage. I'd like to see the budget line item for this contract wit Cal Micro. I'm sure it reads 50 YIG oscillators or somethings totally unrelated to the actual mission.

Who was it who said "you don't think we really paid $600 each for those hammers?"
