Janet 737 flights all start with WWW. All of the normal flights have TNX (Tonopah Test Range) as their destination or origin. However, if the flight plan has the fix FIDOE in it, the flight is going to the operation near Groom Lake (technically airport code TKM). If the flight has fix TPH in it, then it is going to the Tonopah Test Range. When you are at McCarran, you can monitor the clearance/delivery frequency (found on airnav.com) to get the flight plan. Some tracking sites have the ability to get the flight plan too. The Beech Janet fly under this N-numbers.

If your tracking service allow airports to be monitored, you should at the very least see what planes land at DRA. Occasionally DRA is either used as a fake destination (where they blow by the airport and make the trip VFR to Groom Lake) or the plane actually lands at DRA and then the passengers get bussed to their next destination. I was able to get a photograph of this but had no way at the time to tell where the bus terminated.
