I appreciate your concerns, but I also agree with Michal's post. People, both Americans and foreign nationals, have been going up to Tikaboo Peak for decades and countless panoramas of various quality have been published. By allowing this to happen for decades a legal precedent has been established. I understand closing White Sides and Freedom Ridge, where you are only 12 miles from the base. But Tikaboo is 26 miles form the base and you need a very clear day and excellent gear to get decent photos.
