You are so right on every count. It is a remarkable weapon system that will be under-utilized by western warfighters due to the contractors' mismanagement (due to insufficient oversight by our government). I do understand that some of the concepts are ground-breaking but looking at the huge breakthroughs achieved by efficient teams (like when the SR-71 was being developed and produced or the construction of the Apollo program from the ground up) then their organizational failure is obvious. The bottom line of their poor management is that there will be much more tax monies from many different nations spent for fewer planes placed into service which translates into husbanding them (like we do with our B2's) so that their usefulness is limited.
