"concensus" might be a little strong as a term to summarize previous discussions.... a dining facility was an early thought that i favored for a while. someone then pointed out the complete lack of venting on the roof which would almost certainly be required for a dining (and cooking) environment. the building has taken a long time to construct so it must either be a low priority or complex in some way beyond what we can see. i now don't think a dining facility is a good option for its use. just my two cents worth.
