Plus, you would think if it was a JANET building, they would have built a proper terminal / gate. A few years ago I was coming home from Rachel and passed a semi heading North carrying a jetway passenger bridge on it's trailer. I was sure I would see it in the next satellite photo but no such luck. I guess the workers will have to continue to bear the elements...
