OT: Coyote Springs

If you drive up to Area 51 and Rachel from Vegas you will pass the Coyote Springs development in the middle of nowhere. The attached article is an excellent summary of the current status of the development.

BTW: Most of the construction activity along Hwy 93 right now is due to new power transmission lines being put in.
