To Mark Lincoln... Janet flights and E-3's

Mark,

1) Without Janet flights, there would be no research and development at Groom Lake. Tracking Janet flights is a tool by which the dots for the research and development may be traced and connected.

2) You obviously missed the point about the E-3 at Tinker. It could have been any plane in that image.
