Gentlemen and ladies,
the content of this site and the format in which it is presented is dictated by the webmaster and moderated by myself. I moderate knowing what his wishes are for the content. Every now and then someone who wants the content to be expanded or they would like to delve into some other subject matter comes along. DLR is what it is and has been for almost 12 years. I dont expect the format to change very much in the future. Iam not here to challange anyone on a personal level,or to defend the way the site is run. We have researchers, and people that may have access to information if they choose to share it. The Webmaster has a home in Rachel and I have made over 200 trips to the area. (No Iam not the one staggering out of the Inn)Their are thousands of sites on the web that will address subjects that we choose not to persue, or if need be you may start your own site
