Good read. My opinion is that the construction at Groom had nothing to do with this project. When I say construction I mean the new hanger and what not. This system being discussed I think is largly built around an ICBM or similar. In this reading and others I always find it somewhere in the article that there is a concern that the russians would mistake it for a nuclear launch, which tells me ICBM or otehr missle.
