My next purchase will be the Uniden BC396T...(Around $500.00)It has everything my BC250D has plus 5000 more channels and Close Call Technology plus being factory installed digital...I've just learned that the BC250D is being discontinued. :-( In my area, it is a waste of time to program FBI frequencies because the signals are encrypted. I imagine that the Secret Service frequencies will be encrypted also.
