Beale AFB was another one of the bases mentioned that were under consideration. Apparently the Global Hawk program will be a rather large component of tactical and Strategic RECCE in the near future. With thirty hours of endurance, and the ability to transmit realtime data, it'll be like having a very low orbit satellite. Maybe we could use them to pinpoint Saddam so we could put a TLAM in his left ear.
