Not sure what it is, but the URL you gave looks like some kind of guard post the Mesas to the Groom Lake Base.
However all around that area if you pan around, you'll find high grade waste burn pits and storage pits(above ground) such as that found at Frenchman Flat Nuclear Waste Management.
Same kind of pits, near enough looking like replicas of that found at the Flat.

Seems like that North Yucca and Frenchman are the main burn/storage facilties.
The URL you gave seems like the post maybe the gap between Rainier and Groom.

Cant be sure though...i havent really bothered to view it, i was more interested in something else lying SE of it.
