Dept Of Energy and government have been seen using different types of light helicopter flying into the NTS.
MBB BO105
BK117
Squirrel
and varous types of small cessna caravan type aircraft.

Pahute Mesa would be a likely candidate for these aircraft, aswell as the various stations within the NTS such as maintenance facilities, waste facilities and other stations/posts.
Some of the light helos are attached to a unit in McCarren Aiport and some are in the surrounding smaller airports.

Site-4 has a helipad but this is USAF.
