If you get close enough you will have to sign: 1. An attorney waiver form. 2. A standard Miranda Rights form. 3. A consent to search home/vehicle/person form. 4. A secrecy oath form. Numbers one and two expire upon release(you can get a lawyer and you don't have to talk to anyone if you don't want to). These may not matter depending upon what you said when you were detained/arrested. Numbers three and four never expire(they can search your home/vehicle/person forever and you can never talk about what you saw).
