i have two, one for aol(hotbat) one for AIM(MowagPIR)
Both work in AIM.
You ALL have to be on AIM to go into a chat room.
Someone using AIM and another using AOL Messanger will not work, however you can both chat personally, not in a room.
AIM-AIM you can chat in a chat room.
if you get my drift.
