Al, The Army are receiving their first WAH64Ds right NOW. They are arriving by Heavylift and USAF transports at RNAS Yeovilton and transported to Westland. I had the first flying WAH64D testing over me and came down to 60ft and circled. Awesome sight. I also get all the Lynx, Merlins doing the same test route....German Navy Super Lynx's are flying over everyday also anmd circling. RAF Wattisham will get the Apaches which is used by the Army air Corps. Middle Wallop AAC will receive a few for training also. Richard
They will also undergo trials aboard the New LPH HMS Ocean for Amphibious support duties.
