I can answer that for you. The reason being is that some folks have jobs that prevent them from talking about a lot of stuff that they know. Careers that have taken years to cultivate can be over, and serious jail time realized.

Classified material, whether written (marked and unmarked) as well as oral communications which is classified under the standards of Executive Order 12356, or under any other Executive Order or statute that prohibits the unauthorized disclosure of information in the interest of national security, if released, could ruin (if not END) your life as you know it.

I love my life and family and would not wanna take that risk myself, personally.
