A friend of mine say's that ceramic paint was being used a while
back on British tanks basically a gritty paste that has a disapating effect on radar.

Just out of interest a while back I saw a documentary on new camoflage techniques & technology.
one of them was a suit designed to reduce infrared readings, the other was a suit covered in little LCD screens
with a camera mounted on the wearers back & the background was transmited onto the screens.

While this is a little far fetched for Soliders in the field I cant see any reason why it would be to hard to put on an
aircraft what with plasma technology in its present state?
