I wonder what the properties of the paint are to make it stealthy. On the SR-71 they used an iron ferite paint that added about 130 pounds to the aircraft. The iron ferites were tiny balls of metal that helped to scatter high range radar waves as they 'painted' the aircraft. These days it's probably done on a similar principal, but perhaps with ceramics, plastics, or some kind of carbon fibre or teflon compound.

Any ideas out there...?
