Yeah, that dead-end road is as close as you can get to the Janets. However, if you go there during the week, you will immediately be told to take a hike.
I went there a few months ago: As soon as I approached the gate at the end of the road, a guard, dressed like a construction worker, but with a pretty high tech radio, approached me and asked what I was doing. I guess with a bunch of scanner antennas on my truck and Dreamland Resort written all over my rear window, my "Well, you know, I just came by and was wondering what all these red-striped planes are doing here..." didn't convince him. He told me in pretty clear words that this was private property, and that I was trespassing. Which I still have to fact-check.
