When the wings are folded in, the aircraft would almost become like a lifting body, and the leading edges themselves wouldn't be doing a whole lot of work. Roll and yaw would probably be controlled by the vertical surfaces and some small trim tabs on the trailing edge somewhere.

Can't see it being too practical though, myself.
