Connie, are you trying to desribe the contrail supposedly made the Aurora? (See attached link)
Believe it or not, I saw this same type of contrail early one morning over Pittsburgh (yes, Pittsburgh),
which leads me to believe that it's some sort of atmospheric phenomenon instead of an exotic aircraft.
