Okay, all you aircraft folks "in the know."--I saw an interesting contrail today in Reno (where I live)
It looked like a chain. The aircraft was descending at a very sharp angle (possibly due to the earth's curvature), but I have never seen a contrail in this form.
I'm not a wierdo who "sees things"--just ask Joerg.
What type of aircraft was this.
Can any of you aircraft experts enlighten me?
