Hate to tell you this, but your data is partially incorrect. SSBI does not stand for "Special Security and Background Information", it stands for "Single Scope Background Investigation". I am "in the know" as well and wanted to point this out. I find it curious that someone who claims to be in your position would make this gross error about a program they should be intimately familiar with.
