Well Devons not so bad, do you get much of the coastal patrol stuff down there?
I used to see alot whilst up at Manston F-111's F-15s going up & down the coast,

I completely understand the attraction of watching the Night time flying, you gotta be in the right places
though nowadays... same as the Low level stuff used to get out & about round Breacon & saw some great low level Tornado stuff
but they have cut back on that now.

one of the most vivid memorys I have though is sitting at the end of Biggin Hill Runway with the old
Vulcan screaming overhead, still think that Aircrafts one of the greatest.

I saw the SR71's last flight out of Mildenhall from the road, that was a sad moment too.

But the most moving still is the Battle of Britain Memorial flight, Lancaster, spitfire & hurricane.
