Well, the only hanger capable of handling something that big would be hanger 18 however its probaby used for other 'means'.

However large Blimp Hangers still do exist in SE LA, not sure if any are military related though.

As for Islands off California...
Theres San Clemente used for BGM-109 testing, and various weapons testing..

I think San Nicolas is also mil
Plus an air station is on the Channel islands i belive off Point Mugu related to various trials aswell operating C-130s.
